Microsoft Complete for Enterprise is a service package that includes claim pooling, replacement claims for non-bootable devices, next-day air, and an onboarding center, which will ship with the Surface for business customers via commercial resellers.
The company also introduced an evergreen trade-in program where enterprise customers can hand in their old devices and for credit toward a new Surface device.
"Many customers have told us that they want to upgrade to Surface and Windows 10, but have invested in devices and need to maximize the value they receive from those assets," said Cyril Belikoff, the group's senior director.
Microsoft plans to eventually expand the program to other devices as well. The company hopes the program will also help expand adoption of Windows 10 among businesses. The company hopes to have Windows 10 running on one billion devices by 2018.
