Dive Insight:
Kraft Heinz has been working to infuse technology into operations in recent years, an ongoing trend among consumer product makers.
In 2022, the food and beverage company penned a multiyear deal with Google Cloud to leverage several services from the hyperscaler, including ML and AI capabilities, and built a customer data platform.
Generative AI, too, is in the Kraft Heinz tech arsenal. In January, the company said it was building an internal generative AI tool for its employees known as KraftGPT. The tool collects supply chain data to support strategic decision-making.
At United Kingdom-based Entain, Guisard will lead global strategic planning, as well as the customer service organization and M&A integration.
"Her appointment will help place Entain at the leading edge of innovation, as well as strengthen the executive management team as we build on a period of stronger-than-expected revenue growth and key market expansion,” said Entain CEO Gavin Isaacs, in the announcement.
